Tottenham Hotspur entertained Aston Villa at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to grind out a positive result at home in the Premier League. Spurs made a decent start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.

Emiliano Buendia finally broke the deadlock in the 50th minute before Douglas Luiz made it 2-0 to the Villans in the 73rd minute when he scored from close range. The contest ended with the North London club suffering a 2-0 loss in front of their home fans.

Let’s find out how each Tottenham Hotspur player fared during the match against the Villans.

The French keeper made a couple of good saves but will be disappointed after conceding two goals in the second half.

CB: Clement Lenglet – 6/10

CB: Cristian Romero – 6/10
