Tottenham Hotspur faced off against Manchester United at Old Trafford earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a decent result away from home. Spurs made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.

Fred broke the deadlock for Man United in the 47th minute before Bruno Fernandes killed the game off by getting his name on the scoresheet in the 69th minute. Antonio Conte’s men failed to come up with a response and suffered a 2-0 defeat on the road.

Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham Hotspur player performed during the match against the Red Devils.

GK: Hugo Lloris – 8/10

The French keeper made a few excellent saves to keep the scoreline respectable for Spurs tonight.

CB: Cristian Romero – 6.5/10

The Argentine talent was a strong presence in the air and made some important contributions at the back.

CB: Eric Dier – 6.5/10

Dier earned the ball back twice and cleared the danger at times. However, he won’t be happy with his second-half display.

CB: Ben Davies – 6.5/10

He earned the ball back twice and made two good chances going forward.

RM: Matt Doherty – 7/10

Doherty worked hard defensively and was a threat in the Man United half.

CM: Rodrigo Bentancur – 6/10

CM: Yves Bissouma – 6/10

Bissouma secured the ball back once but was poor on the ball.

CM: Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg – 5.5/10

He was accurate with his passing but struggled to impress at both ends of the field.

LM: Ivan Perisic – 6/10

Perisic made a couple of crucial interceptions but failed to make an impact in the final third.

ST: Harry Kane – 6/10

The England international caused a few problems for the opposition but didn’t do enough to register a goal.

ST: Heung-min Son – 6.5/10

He created a couple of decent chances in the final third but failed to find the back of the net.
