Manchester City will entertain Southampton at the Etihad Stadium earlier this afternoon as they looked to earn all three points in front of their home supporters. The Mancunian giants made an excellent start to the game and took the lead in the 20th minute courtesy of Joao Cancelo’s brilliant run and finish. Phil Foden doubled Man City’s advantage with a great finish just 12 minutes later as Pep Guardiola’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Riyad Mahrez made the points secure for the Mancunian club just four minutes into the second half before Erling Haaland got his name on the scoresheet as well in the 65th minute. Man City ended up cruising to a dominant 4-0 win at home.

Let’s take a look at how each Manchester City player performed during the clash against the Saints.
