Arsenal clashed heads with Newcastle United at St. James’ Park earlier today as they hoped to earn all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Gunners made a quick start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 14th minute when Martin Odegaard found the back of the net. The North London club managed to get to the half-time break with a 1-0 lead.
Fabian Schar scored an unfortunate own goal in the 71st minute as the contest finished 2-0 in favour of Mikel Arteta’s men.
