Cristian Stellini is an Italian soccer coach and a former professional footballer who was the interim head coach of Tottenham Hotspur recently following Antonio Conte’s departure earlier this year. However, he got the sack soon after as he couldn’t help Spurs overcome their struggles in the 2022-23 Premier League campaign.
Stellini was the caretaker manager of the North London club for just four games before his dismissal earlier this month.

Stellini was born in Busto Arsizio, Italy and came through the youth ranks of Novara before going on to play for clubs such as Genoa and Bari in the latter stages of his playing career.
In 2010, the Italian decided to hang up his playing boots and opted to go into football coaching soon after. After a brief spell as Juventus’ technical coach, Stellini managed work as an assistant manager at Inter Milan.
Back in November 2021, he decided to join Tottenham as an assistant manager before being promoted to take up the role of caretaker manager following Conte’s dismissal.
