Leeds United faced off against Everton at Goodison Park earlier today as they looked to secure a win on their travels. The Whites made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the tenth minute when Seamus Coleman found the back of the net. Just 13 minutes later, Michael Keane doubled Everton’s advantage with a powerful header as the Yorkshire outfit went into the half-time interval 2-0 down on the scoreline.
Anthony Gordon extinguished any hopes of a comeback for Leeds when he scored in the 78th minute with a good strike. Marcelo Bielsa’s men ended up suffering a 3-0 loss away at Merseyside.
