Manchester United entertained Manchester City at Old Trafford earlier this evening as they hoped to grind out a result at home in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 26th minute when Erling Haaland scored from the penalty spot. Man United went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Erik ten Hag’s men conceded their second goal in the 49th minute before going on to ship in another goal in the 80th minute when Phil Foden found the back of the net. The contest ended with Man United suffering a poor 3-0 loss at the Theatre of Dreams.
