Everton will entertain Arsenal at Goodison Park this Sunday afternoon as both sides look to get the better of each other in this Premier League contest. The Toffees were held to a 2-2 draw away at Sheffield United earlier this month. In contrast, the Gunners managed to secure a 3-1 win over Manchester United before the international break which will keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.

Everton Vs Arsenal: Talking Tactics

Sean Dyche will opt for a 4-4-1-1 formation and might ask his players to keep a solid defensive shape at the back and make life tough for the opposition during the 90 minutes.

Mikel Arteta will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and could instruct his men to keep the ball well and orchestrate enough clear-cut opportunities to win this contest.

Key Men

Everton

Both Amadou Onana and Idrissa Gueye need to be at the top of their game if Everton are to stop the Gunners from playing their usual brand of football this weekend.

Dyche would rely on Jordan Pickford to make a few big saves so that the Toffees can claim something from this contest.

Arsenal

The North London club would rely on Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah to do most of the damage up top.

Declan Rice has enjoyed a good run of form for the Gunners thus far and would be eager to make a difference for them this Sunday.
