Everton clashed heads with Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier today as they hoped to earn a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Toffees made a disappointing start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 18th minute when John McGinn found the back of the net. Douglas Luiz made it 2-0 to the Villans from the penalty spot as Sean Dyche’s men went into the half-time interval 2-0 down on the scoreline.
Leon Bailey scored the home side’s third goal in the 51st minute before Jhon Duran scored again for them in the 75th minute. The contest ended with Everton crashing to a poor 4-0 loss on their travels.
