Jack Grealish took centre stage after Manchester City’s impressive Champions League semi-final victory over Real Madrid. However, in the aftermath of the triumph, he inadvertently used profanity during a live TV interview. Thierry Henry playfully joked with Grealish, suggesting that if Manchester City were to win the Champions League, Grealish could replace him on the CBS Sports pundit panel.

Will Manchester City Win The Champions League After A Splendid Campaign This Season?

Grealish once again showcased his talent for Pep Guardiola’s team as they secured a resounding 4-0 victory over the defending champions, setting up an enticing final against Italian giants Inter Milan in Istanbul next month. Manchester City has been dominant in the Champions League this season, particularly at the Etihad Stadium. Their knockout stage performances at home against RB Leipzig, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid have been flawless, with three wins from three matches, scoring 14 goals and conceding none.

Looking at their campaign so far, the Sky Blues remain the favourites to lift the UCL trophy unless the Italian side miraculously overthrow the Mancunian giants.

Caught up in the euphoria of the victory, Grealish was swiftly directed towards the CBS pitchside coverage, where Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher, and Micah Richards were among the pundits. When asked for his thoughts on the match, Grealish expressed his speechlessness, stating, “I’m f******…” before abruptly correcting himself. Carragher playfully interrupted, exclaiming, “Oi!”

Amid the laughter, Henry jokingly remarked, “You took my spot, man,” as he returned in front of the camera. The former Arsenal striker then added with a smile, “If you win the final, you get to stay here!”
