De Jong Gets 8, Gavi With 6 | Barcelona Players Rated In Narrow Win Vs Osasuna

Barcelona welcomed Osasuna at the Nou Camp earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a victory at home in La Liga. The Catalan club dominated the game in the first half but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.

Jordi Alba finally made the decisive breakthrough in the 85th minute as Barca ended up securing a narrow 1-0 win in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Barcelona player fared during the match against Osasuna.

GK: Marc-André ter Stegen – 7/10

The German keeper made a couple of solid saves at the back and earned a crucial clean sheet at the Nou Camp.

RB: Jules Kounde – 7/10

The French talent didn’t do much wrong at the back and made one key chance going forward.

CB: Ronald Araujo – 7.5/10

He dealt with the danger when needed and was good on the ball as well.

LB: Alejandro Balde – 7/10

He was solid when defending inside his half and made some good runs with the ball on the left flank.

CM: Sergio Busquets – 6.5/10

Busquets had a couple of lively moments in the opponent’s half.

CM: Frenkie de Jong – 8/10

The Dutch talent offered decent protection for his teammates at the back and engineered a few inviting chances in the final third. He ended the game with an assist to his name.

RW: Raphinha – 7/10

Raphinha caused a few headaches for his marker and was unfortunate to hit the crossbar.

CAM: Pedri – 7/10

The Spaniard orchestrated a few decent chances in the final third but there was no goal for him this evening.

LW: Gavi – 6/10

He struggled to get into the flow of the game and was replaced in the 35th minute.

ST: Robert Lewandowski – 7/10

The Polish striker was a real threat in the final third but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.

LW: Ansu Fati – 7/10

He was always looking to have a strike at goal and showed some flashes of what he can do after coming off the bench.

CB: Eric Garcia – 6.5/10

He was solid at the back.

RW: Ousmane Dembele – 6/10

Dembele added some pace to Xavi’s attack.

He came on and netted the winning goal in the 85th minute.
