Manchester United locked horns with Sevilla at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a win and keep their UEFA Europa League hopes alive. The Red Devils made a horror start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the eighth minute when Youssef En-Nesyri found the back of the net. Man United went into the half-time interval 1-0 down on the scoreline.

Loic Bade made it 2-0 for the home team in the 47th minute before En-Nesyri scored again in the 81st minute. Erik ten Hag’s men ended up suffering a poor 3-0 loss (5-2 on aggregate) which knocked them out of the UEFA Europa League.

Let’s take a look at how each Manchester United player fared during the match against Sevilla.

GK: David De Gea – 5/10

The Spaniard made some important saves at the back but made a huge error in the lead-up to En-Nesyri’s second goal.

RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka – 7/10

He did his fair share of defending but got replaced at half-time.

CB: Harry Maguire – 5/10

Maguire cleared the danger when needed and was a threat going forward. However, he also committed a poor mistake at the back.

CB: Victor Lindelof – 6.5/10

He tried his best to keep the Sevilla attackers frustrated but it was not enough in the end.

Antony engineered some clear-cut chances for others around him but was toothless in the final third.
