Manchester United entertained Sevilla at Old Trafford earlier tonight as they focused on securing a win in the UEFA Europa League. The Red Devils made a quick start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 14th-minute courtesy of Marcel Sabitzer’s goal. Sabitzer scored again for Man United just seven minutes later as Erik ten Hag’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

The home team were solid for most of the second half. However, Tyrell Malacia scored an unfortunate own goal in the 84th minute before Harry Maguire also netted an own goal in injury time. The Europa League contest finished with the Red Devils being held to a 2-2 draw at the Theatre of Dreams.

Let’s take a look at how each Manchester United player performed during the match against Sevilla.

GK: David de Gea – 5.5/10

The Spanish keeper made just one good save in the game but conceded two unfortunate goals late in the game.

RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka – 7/10

He didn’t do much wrong at the back and had two lively moments going forward.

CB: Raphael Varane – 7/10

The French talent made some important defensive contributions at the back in the first half. He was replaced at half-time.

CB: Lisandro Martinez – 7/10

Martinez gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the pitch and made one decent run with the ball.
