Arsenal clashed heads with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to grab all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Gunners made a horror start to the game as they shipped in the opening goal in the seventh minute when Kevin De Bruyne scored with a good strike. John Stones doubled Man City’s advantage in injury time as the North London club went into the half-time interval 2-0 down on the scoreline.

De Bruyne scored again for the home side in the 54th minute. However, the Gunners scored a consolation goal in the 86th minute when Rob Holding found the back of the net. Erling Haaland ended up netting another goal for Man City in injury time as Mikel Arteta’s men crashed to a poor 4-1 loss away from home.

Let’s take a look at how each Arsenal player performed during the match against Manchester City.

GK: Aaron Ramsdale – 6.5/10

The English keeper made a lot of crucial saves at the back which kept the scoreline somewhat respectable for the Gunners.

RB: Ben White – 6/10

He made a few important clearances inside his half but struggled to influence the game going forward.

CB: Rob Holding – 7/10

Holding did his fair share of defending and scored Arsenal’s only goal with a good finish.

CB: Gabriel – 5.5/10

He struggled to cope with the pace of the Man City attacks and produced a lackluster display on the defensive end of the pitch.

CM: Thomas Partey – 6/10

He failed to protect his backline and had some lively moments in the final third.
