Barcelona entertained Real Madrid at the Nou Camp earlier tonight as they hoped to defend their 1-0 lead from the first leg of their Copa del Rey semifinal clash. The Catalan outfit made a decent start to the game but conceded the opening goal in the first half injury-time when Vinicius Junior got his name on the scoresheet.

Karim Benzema made a real difference in the second half as he scored a hattrick for Real Madrid. Xavi’s players ended up suffering a poor 4-0 loss at home which knocked them out of the Copa del Rey.

Let’s take a look at how each Barcelona player performed during the match against Los Blancos.

GK: Marc-André ter Stegen – 6/10

The German keeper made some solid saves at the back but still conceded four goals tonight.

RB: Ronald Araujo – 5.5/10

Araujo made a solid start to the game but was underwhelming in the second half.

CB: Jules Kounde – 6/10

He did his best to keep things solid in the first half but struggled to cope with Benzema’s threat in the second 45 minutes.

CB: Marcos Alonso – 4/10

The Spaniard made some poor errors of judgment defensively and was replaced in the 66th minute.

CM: Franck Kessie – 5.5/10

He struggled to get into the rhythm of the game and was substituted at the hour mark.

CM: Sergio Busquets – 5/10

The Spaniard did his best to protect his backline but it was not enough tonight.

CM: Sergi Roberto – 5/10

He didn’t offer adequate protection for his teammates at the back.

RW: Raphinha – 6/10

Raphinha had a few bright moments in the game but didn’t do enough to find the back of the net.

ST: Robert Lewandowski – 5/10

The Polish striker couldn’t finish off any of the chances that fell in his path.

LW: Gavi – 5.5/10

He made a good start to the game but his influence faded in the second half.

LW: Ansu Fati – 6/10

Fati struggled to get into the flow of the contest.

RW: Ferran Torres – 6/10

He struggled to influence the game after coming off the bench.

CB: Eric Garcia – 5/10

Garcia couldn’t stop the Real Madrid onslaught.
