West Ham United entertained Chelsea at the London Stadium earlier today as they focused on earning a win in front of their home fans. The Hammers made a sloppy start to the contest as they shipped in the opener in the 28th minute when Joao Felix found the back of the net for the Blues. However, David Moyes’ men netted the leveler just 12 minutes later when Emerson Palmieri got his name on the scoresheet. The two teams went into the half-time interval with a 1-1 scoreline.

Both London clubs canceled each other out in the second 45 minutes as the derby ended with West Ham being held to a 1-1 draw at home.

Let’s take a look at how each West Ham United fared during the match against the Blues.

GK: Lukasz Fabianski – 6.5/10

Fabianski made a few solid saves during the game but won’t be pleased after allowing an early goal.

CB: Thilo Kehrer – 7/10

He did his fair share of defending inside his half and was a good presence on the ball as well.

CB: Angelo Ogbonna – 6.5/10

Ogbonna got stuck in with some solid tackles and made a couple of crucial clearances at the back.

CB: Nayef Aguerd – 6.5/10

He earned the ball back a few times during the game and didn’t hesitate to put his foot through the ball when needed.

Emerson gave a good account of himself on the defensive third of the pitch and scored the all-important equaliser for his team in the 28th minute.

RAM: Jarrod Bowen – 7/10
