Manchester City locked horns with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Mancunian club made a slow start to the game but managed to get their noses ahead in the 24th-minute courtesy of Kevin De Bruyne’s excellent finish. However, the Gunners equalised in the 42nd minute via Bukayo Saka’s successful penalty. Both sides went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
Jack Grealish handed Man City the all-important lead in the 72nd minute with a great finish. Erling Haaland ended up sealing the win for the visitors just ten minutes later when he scored with a clinical strike. The contest ended with Pep Guardiola’s men earning an impressive 3-1 win on the road.
Let’s take a look at how each Manchester City player fared during the match against the Gunners.
