Manchester City faced off against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to earn a good result on the road. Man City made a great start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 15th minute when Julian Alvarez found the back of the net. Erling Haaland doubled his team’s advantage just 14 minutes before Phil Foden made it 3-0 to Man City just before the half-time break.
The Mancunian giants continued their dominance in the second half and scored again thanks to an own goal from Chris Mepham. However, the home side got a goal back in the 83rd minute when Jefferson Lerma got his name on the scoresheet. The contest ended with Man City earning a dominant 4-1 win away from home.
