Newcastle United welcomed Fulham at St. James’ Park earlier today as they hoped to secure a positive result at home in the Premier League. The Magpies made a decent start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.

The Tyneside outfit tried their best to net the winner and finally managed to score in the 89th-minute courtesy of Alexander Isak’s effort. The contest ended with Newcastle securing a narrow 1-0 victory in front of their home fans.
