Tottenham Hotspur entertained Arsenal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they focused on securing a positive result at home. Spurs made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 14th minute when Hugo Lloris scored an unfortunate own goal. Martin Odegaard doubled Arsenal’s advantage in the 36th minute as Tottenham went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.

Spurs failed to mount a comeback in the second half and crashed to a poor 2-0 loss in North London.

Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham Hotspur player fared during the clash against the Gunners.

GK: Hugo Lloris – 6/10

Lloris scored an unfortunate own goal in the 14th minute. However, he made a few important saves at the back as well.

CB: Cristian Romero – 6.5/10

He did his fair share of defending and was a strong presence in the air.

CB: Clement Lenglet – 6/10

The French talent looked shaky at the back but made one good chance in the final third.

CB: Eric Dier – 6/10

He tried his best to keep the Arsenal attackers quiet but had a tough first half.

LAM: Son Heung-Min – 6/10
