Leeds United clashed heads with Accrington Stanley at the Wham Stadium earlier today as they hoped to grab a good result on the road in the FA Cup. The Whites made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 23rd minute when Jack Harrison found the back of the net. Jesse Marsch’s side controlled the game well and went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Junior Firpo doubled Leeds’ advantage in the 66th minute before Luis Sinisterra killed the game off just two minutes later. Accrington got a late consolation goal courtesy of Leslie Adekoya’s effort in the 81st minute. The contest ended with the West Yorkshire club earning a 3-1 win away from home in the FA Cup.

Let’s take a look at how each Leeds United player fared during the match against Accrington Stanley.

GK: Ilan Meslier – 8/10

Meslier made a handful of solid saves at the back and did well to restrict the opposition to just one goal.

RB: Rasmus Kristensen – 7/10

He got stuck in with a couple of solid tackles and made two good chances in the final third.

CB: Robin Koch – 7/10

The German talent was strong in the air and dealt with the danger when needed.

CB: Maximilian Wöber – 7/10

He won multiple aerial duels and gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the pitch.

Harrison was a constant menace in the opponent’s half and has got a goal and an assist to show for his efforts.
