Barcelona entertained Real Sociedad at the Nou Camp earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result in the Copa del Rey. The Catalan club made a decent start to the game and found themselves at a numerical advantage in the 40th minute when Brais Mendez got sent off by the referee. Barca went into the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
Ousmane Dembele finally made the decisive breakthrough for Xavi’s side in the 52nd minute as Barcelona ended up earning a narrow 1-0 win at home.
