Arsenal will welcome Newcastle United on Tuesday at the Emirates Stadium as both of them battle it out to triumph over one another in this most anticipated encounter. The Gunners come into the match on the back of a dominant 4-2 victory over Brighton in their last outing while the Magpies were held to a scoreless draw by Leeds United in the weekend.
Arsenal Vs Newcastle United: Talking Tactics
Mikel Arteta will probably make use of the 4-3-3 formation without making any changes to the starting XI. Eddie Nketiah will continue his rich run of form as he tries to find the back of the net once again with the support of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli who also had their name on the scoresheet last time out.
Eddie Howe will also make use of a 4-3-3 formation of his own and is expected to make a single change in the first XI. Chris Wood will drop to the bench as he makes way for Callum Wilson who will play from the start.
The Gunners will remain without the services of long term absentees Gabriel Jesus and Reiss Nelson as both of them deal with their injuries. Meanwhile, Takehiro Tomiyasu will fight for contention as he has recovered from his problems although Emile Smith- Rowe remains a major doubt as he is still recovering from his groin problem.
Arsenal Predicted XI

Howe will remain without the services of Jonjo Shelvey and Paul Dummett; the latter has a back problem that is preventing his return to first-team training while the former recently sustained a calf injury that will keep him sidelined for several weeks.
