England faced off against Senegal at the Al Bayt Stadium earlier today as they looked to secure another good result in the knockout stages of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The Three Lions made a dominant start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 38th minute courtesy of Jordan Henderson’s tidy finish. Harry Kane doubled England’s advantage in the first half injury-time with a clinical strike as Gareth Southgate’s men went into the half-time break with a 2-0 lead.
Bukayo Saka added another goal in the 57th minute as England cruised to an impressive 3-0 victory in Qatar.
