West Ham United face off against Everton on Sunday afternoon as they make a trip to Goodison Park. The Hammers managed to avoid an upset against Silkeborg in the Europa Conference League as they earned a hard-fought victory with a scoreline of 3-2. On the other hand, the Toffees held Liverpool to a goalless draw in their last outing and haven’t been in action since the Merseyside derby.

West Ham United Vs Everton: Talking Tactics

David Moyes will probably utilise the 4-2-3-1 formation against the Merseyside club; however, he is expected to make a couple of changes to the starting Xi as Michael Antonio looks likely to play from the start while Lucas Paqueta plays in the advanced attacking midfield position trying to set up his teammates in front of the goal.

Frank Lampard will probably opt for the 4-3-3 formation and is expected to keep changes to a minimum for the upcoming home encounter. So Asmir Begovic would operate in goal while Neal Maupay leads the line up front.
