Leeds United entertained Chelsea at Elland Road earlier today as they hoped to grind out a good result at home. The Whites made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 33rd minute when Brenden Aaronson scored after capitalising on Edouard Mendy’s mistake. Rodrigo doubled Leeds’ advantage just four minutes later with a well-directed header. The Yorkshire giants went into the half-time interval 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Jack Harrison went on to score another goal for the Whites in the 69th minute as they ended up cruising to a 3-0 win in front of their home supporters.

Let’s take a look at how each Leeds United player performed during the match against the Blues.

GK: Illan Meslier – 7/10

The French keeper made a few excellent saves at the back and earned an impressive clean sheet on the road.

RB: Rasmus Kristensen – 6.5/10

Kristensen cleared his lines when needed and engineered one key chance in the final third.

CB: Robin Koch – 6.5/10

The German defensive ace earned the ball back a couple of times and did enough to restrict the opposition from scoring a goal.

CB: Diego Llorente – 7/10

The Spanish talent didn’t hesitate to put his foot through the ball when required and made a couple of decent interceptions at the back.
