In a recent report, Catalunya Ràdio stated that Barcelona are eyeing a future move for Bayern Munich talent Serge Gnabry. It has been mentioned that the Catalan club are planning to move in for the German winger whose current contract is set to run out in the summer of 2023.

Gnabry is having a productive season at Munich as he has managed to put in a series of consistent performances on the right side of Bayern’s attack. The Stuttgart-born sensation has participated in 45 matches for the German outfit during this campaign, scoring 17 times and securing ten assists in the process across various competitions.
The 26-year-old has been a joy to watch in the final third based on his average of 2.0 shots, 1.4 key passes and 1.9 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga. He has even been tidy with his ball distribution after completing 82% of his attempted passes in the German first division (stats via whoscored).

Is Gnabry A Decent Option For Barcelona Head Coach Xavi?
Gnabry has got the pace to get in behind the opposition backline and can create a lot of chaos for them with his excellent wing-play out on the wide areas. He is a decent goal-scorer in front of the opponent’s goal and can also contribute by picking up his fair share of assists. The German talent is primarily a right-sided winger but is versatile enough to play anywhere across the frontline.
A quality wide player like Gnabry will be an excellent acquisition for Barcelona this summer as he will inject a lot of quality into their frontline.
