Chelsea entertained Arsenal at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they looked to earn a good result at home. The Blues made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 13th minute when Eddie Nketiah scored for the visitors. However, Timo Werner equalized for Thomas Tuchel’s side just four minutes later with a deflected strike. However, Emile Smith Rowe gave Arsenal the lead in the 27th minute with a good strike which was canceled out by Cesar Azpilicueta’s goal after the half-hour mark. Both London teams went into the half-time interval with a 2-2 scoreline.

Nketiah scored again for the visitors in the 57th minute. Chelsea failed to come up with a response and conceded another goal in injury-time when Bukayo Saka scored with a good penalty. The Blues ended up suffering a poor 4-2 win in the London derby.

Let’s take a look at how each Chelsea player performed during the match against the Gunners.

GK: Edouard Mendy – 5/10

The Blues didn’t make a save in the game and ended up shipping in four goals tonight.

CB: Reece James – 6/10

The English sensation made a couple of solid tackles and was tidy with his passing.

CB: Andreas Christensen – 5/10

He looked shaky at the back in the first half and got replaced at half-time.

CB: Malang Sarr – 6/10

Sarr was strong in the air and failed to keep the Arsenal attackers quiet during the 90 minutes.
