Chelsea entertained Arsenal at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they looked to earn a good result at home. The Blues made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 13th minute when Eddie Nketiah scored for the visitors. However, Timo Werner equalized for Thomas Tuchel’s side just four minutes later with a deflected strike. However, Emile Smith Rowe gave Arsenal the lead in the 27th minute with a good strike which was canceled out by Cesar Azpilicueta’s goal after the half-hour mark. Both London teams went into the half-time interval with a 2-2 scoreline.
Nketiah scored again for the visitors in the 57th minute. Chelsea failed to come up with a response and conceded another goal in injury-time when Bukayo Saka scored with a good penalty. The Blues ended up suffering a poor 4-2 win in the London derby.

The English sensation made a couple of solid tackles and was tidy with his passing.

He looked shaky at the back in the first half and got replaced at half-time.
CB: Malang Sarr – 6/10
Sarr was strong in the air and failed to keep the Arsenal attackers quiet during the 90 minutes.
RM: Cesar Azpilicueta – 6.5/10
Azpilicueta was far from convincing when defending inside his half but deserves credit for getting his name on the scoresheet in the first half.
CM: Ruben Loftus-Cheek – 6.5/10
He made two crucial interceptions in midfield but struggled to get a foothold in the game.
CM: N’Golo Kante – 6.5/10
The Frenchman tried his best to protect his teammates at the back but offered very little going forward.
LM: Marcos Alonso – 7/10
The Spaniard performed his defensive duties well and was a constant threat in the final third.
CAM: Mason Mount – 6.5/10
Mount created a few good chances in the final third and ended the game with an assist to his name.
ST: Romelu Lukaku – 6.5/10
He had a couple of bright moments in the game but didn’t do enough to register a goal.
ST: Timo Werner – 7.5/10
Werner was Chelsea’s most potent weapon in the final third.
