Tottenham Hotspur welcomed Brighton and Hove Albion at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they looked to secure a positive result at home. Spurs made a lackluster start to the game and were held to a scoreless draw at half-time.

Antonio Conte’s men continued to struggle in front of the opposition goal during the second half and conceded the opening goal in the 90th minute when Leandro Trossard scored for the Seagulls. The match ended with Spurs suffering a narrow 1-0 loss at North London.

Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham player performed during the match against the Seagulls.

GK: Hugo Lloris – 6.5/10

The French keeper made a few solid saves but will be disappointed after conceding a late goal.

CB: Cristian Romero – 6/10

He got stuck in with some solid tackles and made one good run with the ball going forward.

CB: Eric Dier – 6/10

Dier made a couple of important defensive contributions but won’t be pleased after allowing a late goal.

CB: Ben Davies – 6.5/10

He cleared the danger when needed and made one good run with the ball from the back.
