Leeds United locked horns with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium earlier today as they looked to earn a positive result on their travels. The Whites were solid in the first half and managed to get to the half-time break without conceding a goal.

The Yorkshire outfit started the second half well but conceded the opener in the 67th minute when Harvey Barnes found the back of the net from a tight angle. The contest ended with the Whites suffering a tough 1-0 loss away from home.

Let’s take a look at how each Leeds player performed during the match against the Foxes.

GK: Illan Meslier – 7/10

The Whites goalie made some solid saves during the game but will be disappointed for conceding a goal midway through the second half.

RB: Stuart Dallas – 7/10

Dallas performed his defensive duties well and managed to engineer a few inviting chances for his teammates to score.

CB: Luke Ayling – 7/10

He cleared his lines when needed and even made two good runs going forward.

CB: Pascal Struijk – 7/10

Struijk earned the ball back a few times during the game and orchestrated one good chance going forward.

LB: Junior Firpo – 7/10

He worked his socks off when defending inside his half and was quite lively in the Leicester half.

CM: Mateusz Klich – 6.5/10

Klich made a few important clearances and got stuck in with some crunching tackles at the centre of the park.

CM: Robin Koch – 6/10

The German midfield ace did his best to protect his backline but lacked quality in the final third.

RW: Raphinha – 6.5/10

Raphinha was always willing to have a strike at goal and deserves some credit for creating some decent chances in the final third.

CAM: Rodrigo – 6/10

The Spaniard had a few bright moments in the final third but didn’t do enough to register a goal.

LW: Jack Harrison – 8/10

Harrison caused all sorts of problems for the opposition with his creativity and dribbling. However, there was no goal for him today.

ST: Daniel James – 6/10

James wasted some decent chances to find the back of the net but orchestrated two promising chances up top.

ST: Joe Gelhardt – 6/10

He offered very little in front of the opponent’s goal.

CM: Adam Forshaw – 6/10

Forshaw made one solid tackle.

ST: Tyler Roberts – 6/10

He struggled to get into the flow of the game.
