Niklas Dorsch who has been at the club since 2012 for the German Giants Bayern Munich made his first senior team appearance this weekend in a win against Frankfurt. He marked his debut with a goal as Jupp Heynckes men secured a comfortable 4-1 win. However, things are not rosy as it seems because and the young midfielder has expressed his desire to leave the runaway Bundesliga Champions. Many have even dubbed him as the new ‘Toni Kroos’

One of the core reason for him making such statements is the fact that he had to wait so long to get into the first team. He was quoted saying-”The state of affairs was that I definitely want to take the next step I do not know where that is [but], in any case, it is not here.”

According to reports, his contract will expire this summer and he has allegedly rejected the new contract as he is looking to move somewhere else for regular playing time. We look at three clubs that can snap the highly rated defensive midfielder.

Leicester City– The foxes are currently sitting in the top half of the table and are out of contention for the Europa League Spot. They can lose out on their influential midfielder Wilfried Ndidi to other clubs and have been missing their former midfielder Danny Drinkwater. They are in need of a good ball playing midfielder and Dorsch can be a good option for them. He might not have Premier League experience but has all the capabilities to be a good signing.

Wolverhampton Wanderers- Backed by new owners, Wolves have made some smart signings in the last few transfer windows and they could certainly go in for a player like the German midfielder. Wolves can lose some of their key players as they were on loan and they are likely to be recalled by their parent club.

RB Leipzig- Leipzig are set to lose out on their influential midfielder Naby Keita in the upcoming transfer window to Liverpool. Keita is a typical box to box midfielder and Dorsch might not be a like for like replacement as he plays as a central midfielder and can play the role of a regista as well, However, he can certainly be a good addition for them and they can take a punt on him
