West Ham United are looking in deep trouble at the moment in the Premier League having lost all their matches so far in the competition. They are looking forward to making amends for their mistakes so far and are willing to revive their season in the forthcoming days so as to avoid the dreaded relegation zone, where they are currently placed affirm at the bottom of the table.
The man in charge at London Stadium, Slaven Bilic, made a valiant attempt to turn the tables around after his side’s dismal performance in the last term by bringing in a number of new players into the side during the summer transfer window including the likes of Javier Haernandez, Joe Hart, Marko Arnautovic and Pablo Zabaleta.
However, they were unable to make a mark on the pitch for the Hammers, as the East Londoners find themselves in deep trouble and need to get out of it as soon as possible.
Reportedly, the Croatian mastermind is under fire, as the club authority are looking to get a replacement for him in case things don’t take a positive turn in the next few days in the Premier League for the Hammers. They have got quite a few options in their eyesight, including the present manager of Napoli, Maurizio Sarri.
The 58 year old Italian was one of the lesser-known names in the European circuit since he took charge of the Serie A club in 2015, replacing the present Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez, who went on to join Real Madrid as their head coach at that time. The wily tactician is known for his brilliant strategic changes that benefitted his side and brought him into the limelight in the Serie A.
Starting his career with managing a number of grass root level clubs in Tuscany, Italy, Sarri made a move into the Serie B with Pescara in 2005. Soon his managerial style became popular and he was brought in by the then Serie B club Empoli in 2012/13 season. The Italian tactician led the club to clinch promotion into the Serie A in 2013/14 season and in 2015, he finally took the charge of the top flight club Napoli.
The manager has been pretty consistent and has brought a number of positive results to his current club and the officials at West Ham United are hopeful that he is going to get their club on the right track as well if they are able to bring in the Italian mastermind into the side to replace Slaven Bilic as the head coach.
