Odegaard And Mosquera To Start | 4-2-3-1 Arsenal Predicted Lineup Vs Burnley

Arsenal will entertain Burnley at the Emirates Stadium this Monday night as they look to secure maximum points at home in the Premier League. The Gunners managed to earn a narrow 1-0 win over West Ham United in the London derby recently, so they would be keen on keeping their good form going in the league.

Mikel Arteta will set his men up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some changes to his first team for this game. Martin Odegaard and Cristhian Mosquera could both play from the start of this contest.

Defence

David Raya will feature in between the sticks for the Gunners after keeping a clean sheet in his last outing. William Saliba will continue to function alongside Gabriel at the centre of the Arsenal backline as they hope to keep a solid shape on the defensive end of the field.

Cristhian Mosquera could get the nod to start at right-back, while Riccardo Calafiori will fill in on the other side as the left-back for Arsenal if he can pass a late fitness test. Arteta would allow both of them to go forward and express themselves inside the Burnley half.

Piero Hincapie will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Myles Lewis-Skelly and Declan Rice will anchor the midfield for the Gunners as they look to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park.

The talented trio of Leandro Trossard, Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka will operate just ahead of them as part of the Arsenal attack. All three of them need to combine well if the Gunners are to secure a convincing win this Monday night.

Eberechi Eze, Martin Zubimendi and Noni Madueke will have to be content with a place on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if required.

Attack

Viktor Gyokeres will lead the line for the Gunners up top. He has to find a way to be a real threat on the offensive third of the pitch.

Kai Havertz will make up the numbers on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the final quarter if needed.
