Newcastle United locked horns with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Magpies made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the ninth minute when Eberechi Eze got his name on the scoresheet with a great finish. Eddie Howe’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
The Tyneside club failed to find the leveller in the second 45 minutes and crashed to a tough 1-0 loss at the Emirates.
