Tottenham Hotspur will entertain Luton Town at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this Saturday afternoon as they look to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. Spurs suffered a poor 3-0 loss away at Fulham before the international break which has drained their confidence ahead of this game.
Angelos Postecoglu will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and could keep changes to a minimum for this game. Heung-min Son will once again lead the charge for the North London club up top.
4-3-3 Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup To Face Luton Town
Defence
Guglielmo Vicario will operate in goal for Tottenham after shipping in three goals in his last outing. Radu Dragusin will feature alongside Cristian Romero at the centre of Tottenham’s defence as they look to keep things solid at the back during the game.
Pedro Porro will operate as the right-back while Destiny Udogie looks to catch the eye on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to get forward and join in on the attack when they can.
Ben Davies will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
James Maddison, Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr will make up Postecoglu’s midfield as they try to establish their dominance at the centre of the park. All three of them need to be at their best if Tottenham are to secure maximum points in this Premier League game.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Giovani Lo Celso will be named on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if needed.
Attack
Brennan Johnson will play as the left-sided wide player while Dejan Kulusevski hopes to put in a good display on the right flank. Heung-min Son will spearhead Postecoglu’s attack down the middle. The South Korea international would have to carry most of the goal-scoring workload for his team in the final third.
Richarlison has to settle for a spot on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages of the game if required.
