Manchester United entertained Everton at Old Trafford earlier this afternoon as they hoped to secure a good result on the road. The Red Devils made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 12th minute thanks to Bruno Fernandes’ penalty. Marcus Rashford doubled his team’s advantage from the penalty spot in the 36th minute as Man United went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.
Erik ten Hag’s men controlled the game well in the second 45 minutes and earned an impressive 2-0 win at the Theatre of Dreams.
