Manchester United clashed heads with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground earlier this evening as they focused on collecting all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time interval.
Nicolas Dominguez put Nottingham ahead with a decent finish in the 64th minute. However, Marcus Rashford equalised for Erik ten Hag’s side in the 78th minute before Morgan Gibbs-White restored the home team’s lead just four minutes later. Man United ended up crashing to a lackluster 2-1 loss away from home.

Onana failed to make a save in the game and won’t be happy about conceding twice in the second half.

Varane did his fair share of defending but it was not enough today.

Dalot failed to keep things tidy inside his half and struggled to create anything of note going forward. He came close to scoring in the second half.

He anchored the midfield well but was replaced at the half-time break.
CM: Christian Eriksen – 6.5/10
The Denmark international created a few meaningful chances for his teammates but wasted some decent chances to score.
RW: Antony – 6.5/10
He came back to defend when he could but lacked quality in the final third.
CAM: Bruno Fernandes – 6.5/10
Fernandes made two inviting chances for others around him but failed to register a goal.
LW: Alejandro Garnacho – 7/10
He was a real menace in the final third and picked up an assist for setting up Rashford’s goal.
ST: Marcus Rashford – 7.5/10
Rashford made one good run with the ball and managed to equalise for Man United in the 78th minute. However, his goal was not enough today.
