Tottenham ended Chelsea’s astonishing thirteen games winning run with a 2-0 win in the London derby at the White Hart Lane. Dele Alli headed in two goals for Tottenham, both assisted by Christian Eriksen. All Tottenham players seemed up for this vital clash and worked really hard to get past through an organised Chelsea side which up until Alli’s goal seemed almost impossible.
With this win, Tottenham now moves into the third place in the Premier League table, 2 points behind second-placed Liverpool and seven behind first-placed Chelsea. Also as a side effect, Tottenham have now given other clubs and themselves some hope for the Premier League title.

Walker defended really well on the night and was one of the rocks in defence. He also made several runs on the wing to stretch Chelsea’s back-three wide.

Dier had a decent game as the 22-year-old put in several vital blocks and interceptions in the box.

The Belgian was excellent throughout the game and showed some fantastic aerial resilience and also sniffed out the danger at vital moments.
