Tottenham Hotspur will take on Brentford as they welcome them to North London on Saturday, hoping to secure all three points in this contest. The Lilywhites come into the match on the back of a 2-1 defeat against Aston Villa, so they’ll be looking to give a better performance to come out on top this weekend.
Ryan Mason will probably set his side up in a 3-4-3 formation and is expected to keep the changes to a minimum for this contest. Dejan Kulusevski replaces Richarlison on the left flank while Olivier Skipp drops to the bench to make way for Yves Bissouma.
3-4-3 Tottenham Hotspur Predicted XI Vs Brentford
Defence
Fraser Forster will continue to function in goal for Spurs after failing to keep a clean sheet in his last outing. Emerson Royal, Clement Lenglet and Cristian Romero will make Tottenham’s back three as they focus on stopping the opposition from causing problems throughout the game.
Eric Dier will take a spot on the bench as he offers cover for the centre-back positions.
Midfield
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Yves Bissouma will anchor the midfield for Spurs as they try to establish dominance over the opposition at the centre of the park.
Pedro Porro will look to impress on the right flank, while Tom Davies looks to put in a productive performance as the left wing-back. Both of them will need to work hard at both ends of the field if Tottenham are to come out on top in this crucial fixture.
Pape Matar Sarr will be named on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if needed.
Attack
Heung-min Son will remain on the left wing, while Dejan Kulusevski starts on the right flank. Harry Kane will spearhead Tottenham’s attack up top, fancying his chances of finding the back of the net.
Richarlison and Arnaut Danjuma will be available for selection on the bench as they wait to impact in the second half if required.
