Manchester United have reportedly rejected a bid from Everton for midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin. The Merseyside club reportedly made an offer of £19m for the French midfielder.
Jose Mourinho has already made his intentions clear that he is open to listening offers for the midfielder. Ronald Koeman is believed to be a long-term admirer of the player he managed at Southampton. He has featured in eight games this season with only three appearances in the Premier League.
United signed the 27-year-old from Southampton last year under former manager Louis Van Gaal. He would prefer a move to the Toffees as he would love to be reunited with his former boss Koeman.
United are looking to recoup their £24m transfer fee that they forked out for the midfielder.
Everton are poised to sign Ademola Lookman from Charlton but Koeman is very keen to strengthen his midfield with Idrissa Gana Gueye departing for AFCON.
