West Ham United clashed heads with Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux Stadium earlier today as they looked to secure maximum points on the road in the Premier League. The Hammers were solid for most of the first half and managed to get into the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
Daniel Podence finally made the opening breakthrough for Wolves in the 48th minute. West Ham failed to come up with a response and crashed to a narrow 1-0 loss away from home.
Let’s take a look at how each West Ham United player fared during the clash against Wolves.

Fabianski made a few solid stops at the back but won’t be happy after conceding early in the second half which ruined his hopes of a clean sheet.
RB: Vladimir Coufal – 6.5/10
He put his foot through the ball when needed and made a couple of decent chances in the final third.
CB: Angelo Ogbonna – 6.5/10
Ogbonna earned the ball back a few times and made some crucial clearances at the back. However, it was not enough in the end.
CB: Nayef Aguerd – 6.5/10
He kept things solid for most of the game but won’t be pleased after conceding in the 48th minute.
LB: Aaron Cresswell – 6.5/10
Cresswell did his fair share of defending but offered very little going forward.
CM: Lucas Paqueta – 6/10
He produced a disappointing display at the centre of the park but managed to orchestrate two good chances in the opponent’s half.
CM: Declan Rice – 7/10
Rice was a positive influence at both ends of the field but failed to register a goal.
CM: Tomas Soucek – 6.5/10
He earned the ball back twice but struggled to threaten the opposition goal.
RW: Jarrod Bowen – 7/10
Bowen showed some flashes of what he is capable of but there was no goal for him today.
ST: Michail Antonio – 6/10
He was a strong presence in the air but never looked like he would find the back of the net.
LW: Pablo Fornals – 6/10
Fornals made one decent chance in the final third but struggled to cause headaches for the Wolves defenders. However, he could last only 75 minutes.
Substitutes:
CAM: Said Benrahma – 7/10
He was a constant menace in the Wolves half.
ST: Gianluca Scamacca – 6/10
