Real Madrid faced off against Rayo Vallecano at the Estadio de Vallecas earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result away from home in La Liga. Los Blancos made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the fifth minute when Santi Comesana found the back of the net. However, the Madrid giants equalised via Luka Modric’s successful penalty in the 37th minute. Eder Militao completed the turnaround just four minutes later before the home team responded when Alvaro Garcia Rivera scored in the 44th minute. Both sides went into the half-time break with a 2-2 scoreline.
Oscar Trejo scored from the penalty spot in the 67th minute as Los Blancos crashed to a 3-2 defeat on the road.
