The 26-year-old had a terrific campaign at the Allianz Arena in the previous campaign when he put in several match-winning displays as a key member of Bayern’s attack. Sane banged in 14 goals and secured 15 assists in 45 matches for the Bavarian giants last season in various competitions.
The German international was a consistent performer at the centre of the park based on his average of 2.8 shots, 1.6 key passes and 1.9 dribbles per game in Bundesliga. He was even excellent when distributing the ball in the opponent’s half, as evidenced by his pass completion rate of 84.1% in the German top tier (stats via whoscored).

The 45-time German international is currently playing at the top of his game. He is primarily a left-winger but can even play as a right-sided wide player or as an attacking midfielder if required.
