Jose Mourinho’s fate is in FA’s hands as the Portuguese manager has been again charged by FA.
Mourinho was sent to the stands by referee Jon Moss after the gaffer angrily kicked a bottle. Moss showed a yellow card to Paul Pogba for diving and that triggered an angry outburst by the manager.
FA has charged him with improper conduct and he could face a three-match touchline ban. An FA statement read: “Jose Mourinho has been charged following Manchester United’s game against West Ham United on Sunday [27 November 2016].
“It is alleged his behaviour in or around the 27th minute of the game amounts to improper conduct.
“He has until 6pm on 1 December 2016 to respond to the charge.”
Mourinho will face a stringent action this time as this is the third time he has been charged. Mark Clattenburg gave a marching order to the gaffer and he was later given a £8,000 fine alongside a one-match touchline ban.
He was also fined for his comments over the appointment of referee Anthony Taylor against Liverpool.
