Manchester United faced off against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a solid start to the game and took the lead in the 43rd minute when Matheus Cunha found the back of the net. Michael Carrick’s men were leading 1-0 at the half-time interval.
The Mancunian club defended their lead well in the second half and secured a narrow 1-0 win away from home.

Mainoo offered solid protection for his teammates at the back but lacked quality on the ball.

Mbeumo looked a real threat on the counter but failed to register a goal.

He engineered a few inviting chances in the final third and has got an assist to show for his efforts.

Cunha scored the only goal of the game with a good strike late in the first half.
