Paul Pogba has said they are going to think that they are cursed following a 1-1 draw with West Ham United.
The Hammers took a surprise lead through Diafra Sakho after he headed home from a Dimitri Payet free kick. Paul Pogba then provided Zlatan Ibrahimovic with a gem of a pass as the latter equalised from a header.
Pogba arrived at Manchester United in a world record £89m transfer from Juventus. He has been gradually becoming an indispensable part of the United midfield. United dominated the game but couldn’t convert the chances as the Hammers keeper Darren Randolph made a string of saves to deny the Red Devils from a sure shot win. United have now drawn four games including Stoke, Burnley and Arsenal.
The French midfielder said, “We’re going to start to think we’re cursed.
“It doesn’t matter which team comes here, we dominate them, be it Arsenal or West Ham today. Our luck will change at one time or another, and it’s then that we’ll have to take it.
“I’m still confident because we create chances. It’ll come. I’m confident in my team. We just have to pay attention to the small details. Today we conceded a daft goal, against Arsenal it was also the small details. I’m still confident, it’ll come right. We are dropping silly points, but it’ll come right.”
