Manchester City locked horns with Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium earlier this evening hoping to win and secure progression in the next round of the FA Cup. Pep Guardiola’s men dominated the ball in the first 45 minutes and took the lead at the half-hour mark when Kyle Walker found the back of the net. The visitors kept dominating and went into the half-time interval one goal to the good.
Raheem Sterling kept his good form going by banging in Man City’s second goal in the 47th minute. Gabriel Jesus put daylight between the two sides just three minutes later before Morgan Whittaker scored a consolation goal late in the game. The contest ended with the Mancunian giants earning a comfortable 3-1 win away at Wales.
Let’s take a look at how each Man City player fared during the match against the Swans.

The Man City goalie hardly had a save to make in the game and kept an easy clean sheet at the back.
