Long term Chelsea target Radja Nainggolan is all set to renew his contracts with AS Roma. Roma had earlier rejected three bids from the English club the last being a whopping of £33million.
Nainggolan revealed that he wants to stay at the Italian club. The Belgian midfielder has so far played 115 games for Roma and has been involved in 25 goals. The versatile playmaker scored six goals in the last season. Nainggolan has four years left on his current contract and it seems that he won’t be leaving Roma anytime soon.
The midfielder scored a stunning goal against Wales in the EURO 2016. Nainggolan could have been the solution to Chelsea’s midfield woes but with the midfielder deciding to extend his stay at the Stadio Olimpico Antonio, Conte will now set his eyes on Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel who is also in the radar of Everton.
The team still needs some strengthening but the fans will not see Nainggolan in a Chelsea shirt.
