Liverpool welcomed Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result at home in the UEFA Champions League. The Reds made a decent start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
Arne Slot’s men conceded the opening goal in the 72nd minute when Ousmane Dembele found the back of the net. Dembele doubled his team’s advantage in injury time as Liverpool crashed to a lackluster 2-0 loss at Anfield (4-0 on aggregate).

Mac Allister interchanged possession well for his team, but went to the ground too often inside the opponent’s penalty area.

He was full of energy and running at the centre of the park. However, Szoboszlai lacked quality with his crossing.

Wirtz grew into the game but never looked like he would score.
